Cross Country Teams

Anyone interested in running cross country and would like a summer workout plan should email Coach Owsley at cowsley@hscud5.org.

The weight room will be open for cross country strength training Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 7:30am.

Summer team workouts from Monday through Friday Starting July 6th through August 1st at 8am.
